Our Story
Moo and Brew started with a simple belief: that the best part of your day begins with something made by hand. Every loaf, every pastry, and every cup of coffee is crafted right here on Main Street using recipes we've refined over years of showing up early.
We source locally whenever we can — butter from nearby dairies, honey from Placerville apiaries, fruit from the surrounding valleys. The result is food that tastes like this place.

Everything baked in small batches, daily. What's fresh today is what makes it onto the shelf.
